Support
Rummage Hunter is built to feel simple and local, but support still matters. If you hit a problem, want to report a listing issue, or need help managing your listing, contact the team and include enough detail for us to help quickly.
Listing help, app issues, moderation questions, and manage-link problems.
Your device, page or screen, what happened, and any screenshot if you have one.
Email support@rummagehunter.com with a short description of the problem. For faster help, include the listing title or ID, the page or app screen involved, your device model, and a screenshot if one is available.
If you need to update, extend, or correct your listing, use the Manage Listing page first. Keep your listing ID and edit code safe. If you cannot access the manage flow, contact support and include the seller email used for the listing.
Use the in-product report option when available. If the listing is misleading, already sold, unsafe, or otherwise problematic, include the listing title, reason for the report, and any supporting detail.
Tell us the device, operating system, page or screen, what you tapped, and what happened next. Helpful examples include broken scrolling, unreadable controls, failed submissions, stale content, or buttons that do not respond.
Response times can vary by issue type. Safety or moderation issues are prioritized first, followed by listing access problems and major app issues.
Local garage sales, markets, thrift shops, op shops, community events, and individual second-hand items.
Use Manage Listing with your listing ID and edit code, or contact support if you cannot access the flow.
Some sellers keep the exact address private until first contact for privacy and safety reasons.
Use the report option when available, or email support with the listing title, reason, and any detail that helps.
